Our Pianezza plant is part of our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics. As a Physical Flows Supervisor in Valeo Pianezza you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.

Mission

• She/He leads and manages several autonomous teams and logistics areas including the raw materials, components and finished goods flows, storage locations (inside and outside) and external warehouses
• She/He makes sure that Quality, Cost, Delivery, Involvement and Safety standards are properly implemented:
• She/He leads continuous improvement actions in all supply chain activities in term of: Transportation organization by optimizing high pick-up frequency, freight and costs; Packaging and labeling specifications and standardization for components and finished goods, small returnable containers deployment; Internal flows by defining and improving material flows and logistics area layouts;
• She/He defines and implements of scheduling process, systems design and improvement to support them;

Mandatory skills and experience

• Engineering Degree (Bachelor/Master Degree)
• 2/3 years of experience in similar roles in multinational companies
• Fluent English and Italian languages is essential for effective communication and collaboration in diverse work environments.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational objectives efficiently.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, to manage resources effectively, and toensure smooth workflow within the physical flow operations.
