Role Mission

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor security events
  • Respond to inbound securityrelated communications in a professional manner
  • Create and manage Trouble Tickets (TTs)
  • Fill out necessary checklist paperwork
  • Perform security event analysis following the playbook
  • Escalate the TT if necessary
  • Generate event analysis reports
  • Submit playbook improvements
  • Perform vulnerability assessment

Knowledge and Skills

  • Fluent English.
  • Other languages are a nice to have.
  • Basic Networking knowledge.
  • Simple attack methodologies.
  • General understanding of malware.
  • Must have a passion for technology.
