- Manage process related to agent agreements
- Manage the monthly closing activities related to agent commissions calculation
- Manage the yearly agent bonus calculation
- Interact with EU controlling Team based in Amsterdam
- Manage agent claim dispute and amendments
- Support the monthly and annual planning
- Manage the general expenses process
- Interact with sales team and sales agents
- Interact with outsourcing companies and SEI legal department
- At least 3 years of working experience in multinational companies or fully structured organizations.
- Educational Background: University Degree, preferably in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Computer Knowledge: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English.
- Relational and proactive skills, analytical mindset and precision, goals oriented, willing to learn and work in a competitive and demanding environment.
