Our Development Optimization department at RWE Renewables Onshore & PV Europe & Australia is responsible for developing optimization opportunities for projects such as innovative technologies and services and making them ready for development at scale across all relevant markets.

We are looking for a
Manager Service Development (f/m/d) to drive the development of innovative service offers to our project stakeholders and clients and shape tomorrow's green energy landscape in Europe and Australia with us.

Your tasks:

• Development of an innovative service for renewable energies:
• Closely engage with the onshore wind/ PV/ battery storage development teams across Europe to identify needs
• Development of the service involving experts across multiple departments (e.g., commercial, legal, engineering, etc.)
• First implementations and subsequently make the product ready for use in all relevant markets
• Manage internal and external key stakeholders for the service development, including key executives, with support of management
• Create service proposals that support the objectives of the department, setting goals, scope, timeline, budget, KPIs, etc.
• Communicate the service proactively and effectively within the company across all relevant OPEA countries, disseminating progress/ findings and gathering additional ideas
• Work with the team lead service development to setup, organize and maintain the knowledge hub for service offerings and potentially further crosscountry development topics
• Support the team lead service development in governing service offers by challenging country needs and help strategic prioritization and coordination across OPEA countries Represent RWE Renewables OPEA on development service related topics at events, in networks and towards relevant authorities and institutions

Your profile:

• At least 4 years professional experience in project management ideally in renewables development gained in Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Greece or the United Kingdom
• First experience in service offerings like project partnerships, participation opportunities, sponsoring etc. is a plus
• Very good analytical skills
• Solution oriented and independent working style
• Excellent teamplayer with very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English with other languages (out of Italian, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Swedish, Dutch) being a plus Willingness to travel on regular basis
