- Advising clients on administrative law matters
- Advising clients on project financing transactions
- Advising clients on contentious matters before the Regional Administrative Courts, Council of State, High Court of Public Waters, Supreme Court and Civil Courts
- Advising clients operating in the real estate sector in relation to the development construction, acquisition and financing of large logistic and commercial centers
- Engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide variety of contracts memoranda and disputes related documents and conducting the relevant legal searches
- Dealing with due diligence activities also supervising junior professionals
- Qualified Italian Lawyer with strong academic background
