- sorvegliare il regolare ciclo di produzione delle macchine assegnate;
- assicurare il corretto utilizzo delle macchine e degli asservimenti, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali anomalie alle attrezzature agli operatori o al capoturno;
- garantire il rispetto dell'istruzione operativa sugli imballi e delle procedure del Reparto Plastica;
- stampare e verificare le etichette di produzione che dovranno essere incollate sui box di produzione, assicurando il loro corretto posizionamento e la compilazione dei campi richiesti;
- compilare manualmente i moduli riguardanti la LPS e registrare i dati sullo Shoop Floor Control;
- assicurare il mantenimento di ordine e pulizia nelle aree di lavoro a ogni fine turno;
- controllare e verificare il corretto funzionamento degli asservimenti, segnalando tempestivamente eventuali anomalie;
- assicurare e verificare il rispetto delle procedure previste dal Sistema Qualità;
- garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, lavoro ed ambiente.
