- Coordinamento dell'attività di predisposizione dell'offerta tecnica-economica: dall'analisi preliminare alla formulazione finale, inclusi i successivi allineamenti con il Cliente;
- Analisi delle peculiarità tecniche del progetto e relativa sintesi nei modelli aziendali (presentazione iniziativa e sintesi delle proposte tecniche);
- Coordinamento tecnico dei consulenti esterni, dei vari subappaltatori coinvolti, e di tutte le Funzioni Aziendali che contribuiscono alla redazione dell'offerta tecnico-economica nonché degli eventuali Partner;
- Analisi e sviluppo dell'offerta tecnica con specifica attenzione ai temi della cantierizzazione, fasi di esecuzione e logistica;
- Sviluppo degli approfondimenti tecnici necessari per meglio rispondere alle richieste specifiche esplicitate nel bando di gara e analisi del technical value engineering per l'ottimizzazione dei costi;
- Esecuzione di sopralluoghi e partecipazione ai meeting tecnici con Committenti, partner e consulenti tecnici;
- Coordinamento, sviluppo e finalizzazione dell'offerta nei tempi e modi previsti dal bando.
- Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o Ambientale (o equipollente);
- Pregressa esperienza di 3/5 anni nel settore fotovoltaico;
- Pregressa esperienza come Project Development Manager nell'ambito dello sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici utility scale e/o progetti agro-voltaici
- Pregressa esperienza come Project Engineer/Sales support Tender nell'ambito della progettazione e/o sviluppo di EPC contract di impianti fotovoltaici utility scale
- Pregressa esperienza nell'ambito O&M di impianti fotovoltaici utility scale, diagnostica, reportistica, sopralluoghi tecnici, gestione claim, misurazioni in campo (come plus);
- Esperienza di utilizzo software di calcolo e simulazione di impianti fotovoltaici (tipo PV System, Rated Power) per il dimensionamento dell'impianto;
- Approfondita conoscenza di calcolo dei sistemi di Performance Ratio e Availability Ratio;
- Approfondita conoscenza della supply-chain con particolare attenzione ai principali componenti e fornitori (moduli, inverter, tracker, sistemi di sorveglianza, etc.);
- Esperienza in contabilità e gestione dei temi economici;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali.
- Capacità organizzative e di gestione di più compiti contemporaneamente, e spiccata attitudine al problem solving;
- Capacità di prendere iniziative autonomamente in funzione al ruolo e alle attività;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di gestione dei rapporti interpersonali, e propensione al lavoro in team.
