Posizione:

Italdesign is looking for a dynamic person, who would be Specialist in management and development of
customer studies and
research in the
Human Centered Design Approach (ISO in the process that is aimed to define the desired
User Experience with also knowledge of
ergonomics criteria in
transportation fields.

Responsibilities

Definition ad development of Customer experience activities;
Knowledge and autonomous management of different project methodologies:
Clinics* development: Screener preparation, Method guide preparation, Material for studies conduction, Data analysis, Report preparation;
Research activities;
Benchmarking.

- _
- _Clinics can be required are the following:_
- _Surveys and Interviews (remote or on-site);_
- _Usage Context Analysis (remote or on-site);_
- _Focus group (remote or on-site);_
- _Ideation workshop (remote or on-site);_
- _Prototype testing (digital and/or physical);_

Depending on the method, the following additional specific requirements may apply:
_Expert workshop (remote or on-site)_

- _Analysis of existing internal content;_
- _Analysis of existing external content;_
- _Competitors analysis._

Track and solve issues through various phases and travel to customer sites to agreed Project content.

Requisiti:

Key requirements

At least 2 years of work experience in the UX research;
Experience in ergonomics definition and validation in transportation fields;
Experience on concept phase process and milestones;
High level experience in management survey Data;
High level skills in Excel Data management;
High level skills in analytics tools;
Ability to prepare presentations with Microsoft Power Point;
Knowledge of Office Suite;

Preferential requirements

Problem solving and decision making;
Experience in managing high level of interfunctional development and reporting to senior management;
Ability to work in team and Public Speaking;
Technical presentation and goaloriented;
Development of the customercentric perspective according to ISO ;
SPSS experience;
Certification CPUE-FL issued by the institution GASQ, or certification CPUX-F issued by the institution UXQB (UXQCC can be the general name of both certifications for Usability Engineering and User Experience).

Altre informazioni:

Education:
Master's degree in Psychology or Sociology / Data science and UX fields.

Language skills:
Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.

(English professional level - at least B2). Knowledge of German would be appreciated.

Workplace:
Moncalieri (TO) and availability to travel.
