HILL is expanding in Italy; we are looking for a New Data Centre project in Milan region:
**Integration/Handover Manager

Reporting:
Project Construction Manager

Location :
Milano - Italy (On-site presence during construction will be required.)

Project Duration:
minimum 3 years

Develops systems commissioning plans along with prefunctional, functional, startup, commissioning, and Integrated Systems Test Procedure.
Develops and writes technical Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for both electrical and mechanical systems with input from team
Reviews equipment submittals and shop drawings for overall compliance with the design intent
Performs functional testing of building MEP systems with the assistance of the construction and operations teams, as necessary, to document and determine that the equipment is functioning in accordance with the design documents
Diagnoses and resolves equipment and/or systems problems during the overall commissioning process. Coordinates retesting of building systems until problems are resolved
Documents systems performance shortcomings and recommends remediation measures.
Assists the operations team in the development of preventative maintenance plans for the new systems/equipment
Attends and leads commissioning meetings; distributes meeting minutes to project team in a timely manner
University Degree in Telecommunication or Electronical Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT
Previous proven experience in commissioning for data centers or/and large industrial plants or/and Oil&Gas facilities or/and pharmaceuticals laboratories.
Fluency in the Italian and English languages
Previous experience in a multinational environment or in project management in construction will be considered an asset.
The main working station will be in Milan, but the role requires frequent visits on site, so a valid driving license is mandatory.
