Reporting directly to the Head of Rx (Prescription) & Cx (Consumer), we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for our division in Italy.

This person will be managing a team of Sales Representatives and will drive the sales of CX business (OTC and Dermocosmetics) within the specified regions, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and strategic goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage all the activities of the Account Managers to ensure the achievement of the sales objectives, maintaining high motivation and energy in his team, maximizing existing products performance and launches of CX portfolio.
  • Define with Head of Business the split by territory of sales and distribution objectives, ensuring development and implementation of proper action plans, on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Ensure proper execution and implementation of commercial policies the agreed policy with the Head of Business.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and constantly monitor area/performance versus target and propose necessary actions to ensure objective achievement.
  • Work in a daily basis to build mutual longterm satisfaction between Galderma and the customers.
  • Manage and build a team of Account Managers (Direct Sales representatives), supporting and developing their performance and professional skills and behavior, ensuring coaching and active participation in the business.
  • Make sure that training events organized in the territory are successful and profitable by helping the Professional Education Team in the implementation of the activities accordingly to budget and strategic/tactical target.
  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders to make sure we deliver a seamless sales experience to the customers.
  • Interact with Med&Reg team on both defining priorities for the territory and supporting in the organization of medical events with the proactive invitation of HCPs when asked.
  • Act accordingly to National laws (including Law 231 and D.lgs 81/08) Galderma Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code.
Minimum Requirements

  • University Degree with a Scientific and Economic background would be a plus.
  • Strong background in Pharma/OTC/Dermocosmetic Businesses in Italy
  • Knowledge of pharmacies and wholesales channels
  • Strong Sales background in these 2 channels both in North and South Regions
  • People Management effective experience
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good level of English
