- Translate business requirements into functional IT system requirements
- Evaluate, develop, and implement IT processes to optimize efficiencies, ensuring processes are up-to-date, and recommending and implementing improvements where necessary
- Interact with technology vendors to assess and identify products and solutions for the relevant area of expertise
- Plan and execute projects on time, within budget, and in line with available resources
- Contribute to the planning, budgeting, control, and reporting process related to the development/management of information systems for the relevant area of expertise
- Manage the definition and management process of SLAs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service for the relevant area of expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business Administration (or related field)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance with a particular focus on Order-to-Cash processes (preferably within retail companies)
- Experience in IT Service Management and end-to-end implementations of SAP FICO (including analysis, design, and configuration)
- Functional competence in various financial areas with a particular focus on integration with POS and Ecommerce systems.
- Knowledge of Stealth will be considered a plus
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
