We're seeking a new trainee to join our international team as a Talent Acquisition Partner.

In this role, you'll dive into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll gain hands-on experience in various HR processes including Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and involvement in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.


Your role:


  • Assisting in the implementation of international projects at our headquarters.
  • Supporting internal communication and Employer Branding activities.
  • Aiding the Talent Acquisition Partner in regional recruiting processes, from gathering briefs to conducting interviews and providing feedback.
  • Facilitating the onboarding of new team members.
  • Contributing to the design, implementation, and management of new projects within the Talent Acquisition Partner function.
  • Cultivating partnerships with universities and attending career fairs.

Qualifications:


  • A Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Comfortable operating in an Englishspeaking international environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and present to diverse groups.
  • Proficient in social media and digital communication tools.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fastpaced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Previous experience in the HR sector is advantageous.
