We are looking for professional and qualified Chef de Rang for a luxury restaurant, to guarantee customer satisfaction offering a qualify service that is mindful, timely, with great care for details and customized in a simple and pleasant atmosphere.


Responsabilities:


  • Professional welcoming and sales oriented service;
  • Provide an exceptional guest service experience;
  • Be an excellent communicator and take a handson approach to your role;
  • Quality control of the setups in the restaurants and lounge;
- inventory according to Company procedures, correct storage of stock;

  • Be organized at running section;
  • Active participation in onboard training programs;
  • HACCP guidelines.

Requirements:


  • Real passion for food and beverage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Guest focused
  • Fluency in English
  • 3 years previous experience in the role, preferred also abroad

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo indeterminato


Stipendio:
Fino a €1.800,00 al mese


Orario:

  • Orario flessibile
