Junior Administrative Assistant (Energy & Mobility Projects Area) - Categorie Protette 68/99 to join its office in
Genoa, Italy within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

Mission:

RINA is looking for an Accountant/Administrative Assistant to join the Energy Engineering Team in Genoa.

Responsibilities:

Help and organization in Monthly Project Controlling, supporting the management in problem solving and progress/final reporting
Support in issuing Progress Report of Engineering Activities (Check and prepare Progress Report for customers), managing and data entry in customer site or portals
Supporting Supplier Management: Help in Qualifying procedure Create Purchase Suppliers Requests, check invoices and approve Passive Progress Reports

Main Interfaces:
RINA Project Manager(s) and Engineering team internally; customers, partners, contractors, suppliers externally.

Requirements:

Subscription to Categorie Protette list (LL. 68/99, ART.

1):

Bachelor Degree in Economics or Management Engineer or 2/3 years' experience in the same role in the accounting and finance Department of a large company
Experience in Accounting, Finance and tax matters
Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access and profiency Excel)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and organizational abilities

Person specification (soft skills):

Ability to manage deadlines and organize monthly and quarterly monitoring activities.
Proactive customer focused approach
