    Min. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce implementation, SaaS onboarding, pre-sales, or solutions consultingExperience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operationsUnderstanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory managementStrong project management and stakeholder communication skillsFluent in Italian and proficient in EnglishComfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g., HTML, PHP)

    Key Responsibilities

    Build the Market (GTM): Execute the Go-to-Market strategy for Italy. Identify key verticals, generate new leads, and turn cold prospects into long-term partnersFull Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the xkiyazw end-to-end sales process: from prospecting and discovery to value-led demos, negotiation, and closingConsultative Selling: Work strategically with eCommerce Managers and Operations Leaders to map how \'s solutions (WMS, Order Orchestration, Marketplace Integration) solve their complex operational pain pointsPartnership Ecosystem: Build trusted relationships with agencies, 3PLs, and Marketplace partners to create new revenue streams and referral networksPipeline & Reporting: Ensure accurate forecasting using our CRM (HubSpot) and maintain clear communication with HQMarket Feedback: Act as the bridge between Italian merchants and our Product Team, translating local needs into product improvements
