- conoscenza della parte Customization della piattaforma MS Dynamics CRM 365 Customer Engagement (configurazione data model, views, forms, advanced search, dashboard, workflow, business rules, ecc. )
- ottima conoscenza di strumenti Microsoft quali Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint (come utilizzatore) Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:
- esperienza maturata come Functional Lead nella gestione di piccoli gruppi di Business Analyst
- competenza sui processi di business di una o più Industryil possesso di certificazioni Microsoft Dynamics
- la conoscenza di strumenti complementari quali PowerBI e Sharepoint
- conoscenza dei concetti di Digital Transformation, omnicanalità e mondo social
