Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a sales management capacity or management consulting.
  • Experience in strategy sales operations roles in an enterprise software organization.
  • Experience working in an enterprise software, cloud sales, or consulting organization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fastpaced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several timesensitive projects at once.
  • Ability to project manage and work with mínimal guidance.
  • Ability to craft and communicate insights from data, as well as attention to detail and an interest in metrics/understanding trends and patterns in business performance.

About the job:


The EMEA Business Strategy and Operations team provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.


  • As the Head of Strategy and Operations for the Go-ToMarket EMEA team, you will operationalize and project manage complex, multidisciplinary projects to execute on existing roadmaps, goals, or strategy. You will ensure a broad set of efforts roll out effectively across the EMEA region. You will define requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes building relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and countries, managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Projects will often span offices, time zones, and cultures, and it will be your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities:


  • Partner with VP, MD, Directors, and Managers to develop the organization's strategy, growth, and business plan, becoming an integral part of the leadership team and trusted advisor.
  • Tailor the EMEA business strategy and narrative for the local markets, leveraging data to identify specific vertical, horizontal, and competitor risks and opportunities.
  • Drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate our growth and scale the business.
  • Shape the way we work and run the business as a Strategy and Sales Operations team. Run the business for your region, own key processes, foster collaboration, and measure progress towards goals.
  • Lead a Strategy and Sales Operations team, fostering excellence as trusted advisors for the region, development for each team member, and a strong and engaged team dynamic.
