The Industrial Engineer's responsibilities include analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring that final products meet the established quality standards.
To be successful as an Industrial Engineer you should be able to design systems that maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, are cost-efficient, and ensure high product quality.

Designing, implementing, and documenting intralogistics, production, and testing processes (involving equipment, times, and resources) that maximize efficiency, reduce wastes, comply with safety requirements and circular economy principlesDefining infrastructure requirements for production processesScale up and optimize processes (automation, work balance, continuous improvement, kaizen approach), continuously evaluating and updating standard operating procedures to align with industry best practicesImplementing and documenting systems manufacturing and testing processes' improvements, involving electro-mechanical parts to be assembled, and testing jigs composed by gas, liquid and electric panelsCooperating with R&D and Production departments to ensure smooth integration of changesDefine machinery maintenance requirementsDesigning control systems to minimize costs and production issuesDesign Manufacturing Execution System (M.E.S.) tools to enhance real-time visibility, control, and reporting in the production process, and give requirement to internal software house for implementationProvide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting production issuesPreparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costsDesigning the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirementsTraining staff for new processes and providing instructions and manualsManaging process documentation and preparing production reportsWhat do you need to help make our goals a reality?
