About the role
The Concierge is an essential member of our Front Office Team, focused on ensuring guests receive exceptional care from the moment they arrive. With a wealth of local knowledge, our Concierge team goes above and beyond to elevate guest experiences and make their stay truly memorable.

Experience in luxury hospitality operations, particularly at the Front Desk or as a Concierge.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Italian is required, knowledge of Florence is a plus.
