    We are looking for an Operations Control Specialist to join our team in Maranello (MO).

    YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

    • Reporting and analyzing on daily basis contract and operational performance
    • Tracking all cost related KPIs (i.e., Worked hours, maintenance, project, utilities)
    • Analyzing processes and identifying possible areas of improvement through analysis of kpi's
    • Identifying, investigating, and reporting inefficiencies and waste
    • Tracking complaints and reporting them to contract manager
    • Preparing and filing reports
    • Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality standard and Ethical code

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • You hold Bachelor's or Master Degree
    • You have already managed similar challenges for at least 3 years
    • You have a strong problem-solving attitude and critical thinking
    • You speak English fluently
    • You have strong communication skills
    • You like tidying things up
    • You have an analytical mindset and can see details in the chaos
    • You are proficient in MS Office
