- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects assigned.
- Conduct comprehensive project quality control, including budget, schedule, and plan oversight, and regularly report project status.
- Collaborate effectively with the project manager and other team members, providing technical support as needed.
- Provide or review engineering deliverables and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Solar Tech and Project Management matters.
- Develop project scope of work and design standards.
- Manage energy production and performance modeling for PV and energy storage systems.
- Sign technical documents and maintain regular interaction with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in PV utility-scale (MT/AT) design.
- Possess a chartered engineering degree.
- Previous experience as a project engineer or design engineer in solar projects.
- Ability to work on multi-discipline projects.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in team management.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and reporting skills at all internal and external levels.
- Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Fluent in English - a requirement for the position.
