Position:

WW PAYMENT & FRAUD SPECIALIST

Bulgari Spa, within its Corporate Finance Department based in Rome, is looking for a
WW Payment & Fraud Specialist

Mission:

The payment and fraud specialist will support the payment and fraud management for both the in-store and e-commerce sales.

The role is to support innovation and issues related to different payment methods and acquiring providers, providing the market with the best solution.

She/He will be involved in various projects cooperating with different countries with the aim to elevate the customers' payment experience and optimizing the payment flows.

She/He must be innovative and with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Main Accountabilities:

Payment/acquiring/fraud control systems monitoring and setup
Daily support on ecommerce and retail payments
Helping the devolvement of reporting tools
Supporting the analysis on the payment performance
Contribute and actively participation in crossfunctional projects

Profile:

Professional Skills:

University Degree in Business Administration
Knowledge of digital payment process and fraud management tools (ecommerce and instore)
1/3 years of experience in similar roles
Excel, Power Point, Power BI and generally excellent computer skills
Fluent in English, a second language is considered as a plus (ideally French)
