The Risk Management Business Segment is responsible in Marsh for Large Multinational Clients with revenues over 350 million. Inside this, the
Risk Management General Team is dedicated to Large Multinational Italian Clients with an international expanded business.


Clients in this business segment are domestic firms whose needs vary depending on industry (Financial Institutions, Manufacturing & Lifescience, Food & Beverage, Automotive, Fashion Luxury and Retail, Communication Media & Technology), size, geography and the competitive environment in which they operate.

Our Risk Management Team manage the risk in 360 degrees through strategies, skills and innovative solutions.


What can you expect?

We will count on you to:

  • Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs;
  • Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;
  • Coordinate with carriers, underwriters and client teams to provide cohesive client service;
  • Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotations from carriers;
  • Forecast and confer a basic understanding of changing insurance and risk management market conditions and inform client executives, client advisors, and/or clients of major developments affecting various types of products/coverage;
  • Coordinate resources and workloads developing management skills;
  • Be responsible for placement activities of specific Italian Offices;
  • Manage strategic domestic and international projects.

What you need to have:


  • University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
  • Fluency in English and in Italian;
  • Consolidated advanced skills in using the main ITtools (especially

Microsoft Office Package:
Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
