Improve Design Robustness and reduce customer issues and concern
General Tasks:
Key contact for EU customer service centers with regards to DV activitiesEstablish Strong internal customer relationships and responsivenessSupport customer events and internal validation eventsDocument and Track each progress with the rollout for Core DV procedures and policiesEnhance, maintain & update tools & Process improvements for review and collection of issues and resolutions.
