Contesto
La risorsa entrerà a far parte dell' area General Medicine, a stretto contatto con il Finance Partner dell'area.

Attraverso l'affiancamento del tutor aziendale, la risorsa sarà guidata nello sviluppo, miglioramento e mantenimento degli attuali strumenti di monitoraggio e modellistica dell'andamento delle quotazioni per singolo prodotto nel mercato ospedaliero.

Lo/la stagista imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso e a matrice, all'interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali

Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento:

Miglioramento dell'attuale strumento utlizzato per il monitoraggio e la valutazione di scenari di prezzo per le gare di aggiudicazione nel settore ospedaliero (Tender pricing).
Miglioramento della visiblità delle quotazioni dei competitors e intoduzione di modelli per la previsione dei prezzi di aggiudicazione.
Analisi livelli di stock out dei prodotti GSK.
Supporto al Pricing Tender Manager per l'analisi strategica del mercato del settore ospedaliero.

Competenze da sviluppare:

- le dinamiche di canale nel settore farmaceutico;
- le dinamiche dell'aggiudicazione delle gare nel settore ospedaliero;
- il sistema di norme interne a GSK;
- il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la coordinazione tra diversi dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale.

Durata 6 mesi.

Perchè te?:

Requisiti di base:

Studente o Neolaureato/a in materie economiche incluse Data analytics e affini
Studente o Neolaureato Master post laurea in Data Analyitcs in corso o percorsi affini (requisito preferibile ma non mandatorio);
Buona conoscenza dell'inglese
Conoscenza della lingua locale (italiano);
Buone conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Excel, Power BI.

Requisiti preferibili:

Capacità di lavorare con team e networks di diverse funzioni aziendali;
Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
Capacità di lavorare in modo proattivo;
Essere efficace nella risoluzione di problemi
