Presidio del Sistema di Gestione
della Qualità
Mappa i processi aziendali per definirne criticità ed
azioni di miglioramento, i requisiti legali applicabili e
quelli del cliente;
Valida e assicura la corretta comunicazione e
distribuzione della documentazione necessaria al
funzionamento del Sistema;
Monitora gli obbiettivi, attraverso i KPI, e assicura
l'applicazione di azioni correttive e preventive nel caso
in cui l'organizzazione operi fuori target;
Gestisce i rapporti con enti, organismi e autorità;
Gestisce i processi di qualifica/prequalifica con i clienti.
Documentazione di commessa
Definisce la documentazione e controlli da effettuare
durante la fase di sviluppo della commessa;
Interagisce con l'ufficio tecnico per il reperimento di
tutte le informazioni funzionali alla preparazione della
documentazione;
Interagisce con l'ufficio acquisti per la gestione dei
controlli/documentazione con fornitori;
Verifica i certificati del materiale in ingresso.
Supervisione del Processo e
attività di Controllo della Qualità
Definisce e coordina il processo di controllo qualità dei
prodotti finiti e dei prodotti intermedi;
Collabora con ufficio tecnico e reparto produttivo nella
gestione delle deviazioni della produzione e nel
condurre investigazioni che hanno impatto sul flusso
di processo;
Emissione e follow up NCR interne ed esterne;
Emissione e verifica documentazione di commessa;
Gestione ispezioni (enti, clienti, ecc.).

Taratura strumentazione
Gestione claim clienti Attiva il supporto al cliente.
