Job Description:

ThalesAleniaSpace Quality Direction is recruiting a
Software Assurance Quality Manager for Ground/On Board Software Products/Solutions developed in
Roma Site - MAN / WOMAN

WHO ARE YOU ?

Initial Qualifications : Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Network or software databases,
Awaited Skills:
Experience in Software Quality Assurance and / or High Criticality Software Development domains.
Knowledge in Software Safety Methods (as applied to software)and Software Configuration Management would be appreciated.
A first experience in Cyber Security and / or Big Data and / or Artificial Intelligence software developments would also be appreciated
Standards : Space ECSS Software Quality standards or equivalent

[ECSS-Q80 / E-40 or equivalent and SW developments standards in constrained environment (DO178 for aeronautics standards)]

Experience in Software Quality management tools for:
Requirements management tools,
Software coding rules verification andQualimetry calculation tool (SonarQube, COVERITY
Non conformance management tool (JIRA )
Software and documentation management tools
Any other tool
Knowledge on CE marking and Export Control standards

WHAT WE WILL DO TOGETHER

Define and perform all Software Quality Assurance and Control activities to be performed on a set of software products under development and/ or maintenance,
Ensure the software quality interface toward the system and / or software engineering teamsas well as toward the (internal or external) customers and the providers,
Prepare and attend to reviews and milestones of each allocated software project to guarantee their success and the Customer satisfaction,
Guarantee the applicable processes are respected and the full conformance of delivered products,
Take part to the definition and the experimentation of new software Quality processes and approaches related to Big Data and/or Artificial Intelligence developments
Support digital transition and transformation plans in the company with appropriate quality assurance for these new technologies and concepts being implemented in the different competence centers or business lines with R&D, Innovation entities
Providing appropriate KPIs for CCSE/Quality performance and efficiency
Manage IQC with CCSE entities for continuous improvement plan based on KPis and lesson learnt management
Ensuring the SuQL role and missions for SW Supplier / subcontractors development and management

SKILLS EXPECTATION

Technical skills : Software development and engineering, knowledge of various programming languages

Data analyst, Big data management, Artificial intelligence concepts is a plus

Soft Skills : leadership behaviors, innovating, curious, rigorous, agile,commitment, team worker, Good communication, complexity management, customer focused, strategy anticipation for developing new SW Quality approaches
