- analizzare, ottimizzare e monitorare i processi produttivi in ambito assemblaggio e lavorazioni meccaniche applicando i principi della lean production;
- supportare il team di industrializzazione per la definizione degli spazi, del material flow e dell'info flow;
- interfacciarsi con IT per lo sviluppo dei nuovi progetti di digitalizzazione della fabbrica;
- calcolo dei principali KPI di produzione e valorizzazione della manodopera necessaria per la produzione.
- laurea in Ingegneria preferibilmente in indirizzo Meccanico o Gestionale;
- esperienza pregressa preferibilmente nel settore automotive;
- conoscenza della lingua Inglese e del pacchetto office;
- ottima conoscenza di excel e di powerBi;
- costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di SAP.

All'interno dell'area Manufacturing Engineering, la risorsa oggetto della selezione si occuperà dell'applicazione dei principi lean per il continuous improvement nelle aree di produzione (assemblaggi e lavorazioni meccaniche), di sviluppare i nuovi processi in ottica digitalizzazione della fabbrica e di mantenere il sistema di KPI della produzione.
