- Develop Quality Strategies to ensure integrated quality approach.
- Partner with Finance and Business Excellence team for optimal resource allocation.
- Promote Quality Culture through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Support Quality strategy deployment in collaboration with Business Excellence Team.
- Monitor site quality projects for alignment to strategy.
- Ensure cost adherence and promote Efficiency initiatives.
- Lead strategic Quality projects and process improvements.
- Enhance digital maturity of Quality Organization.
- Stay updated on quality management trends and regulations.
- Support organizational change and continuous improvement activities.
- Promote digitalization and innovative IT Technologies in Quality.
- Cooperate in continuous improvement initiatives across site functions.
- Implement Quality Culture across different site departments.
- Drive science-based thinking for application of new technology.
- Masters' or Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry or related fields.
- 3 years of leadership experience in project management.
- Experience with IT systems in Quality organization.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and lean manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of international regulations and industry standards.
