Our BD Representative in Italy will participate in our commercial operations in the region, attending the best medical conferences and growing Quibim's business with hospitals by generating new leads, owning and managing key accounts, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy of the company.
Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you'll be part of the global sales team. The position also requires in-depth, consistent cross-team collaborations within Quibim including our Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing.The challenge:
Outbound lead generation (events, emailing, social networks) with digital tools. Serve as the first point of contact with new potential clients. Work directly with the Business Development Director to boost the Italian market expansion.
Execute a successful business development and sales strategy for significant revenue growth and market share expansion in Italy, together with the BD Director.
Follow-up opportunities throughout the sales cycle (up to Closing). Bring continuous feedback and improvements to our commercial processes, being involved in the team's success.Collaborate in the business development activities for new imaging AI technologies with senior physicians at the best hospitals and imaging centers in Italy.
Attend to medical conferences, conducting new customer outreach to prominent radiologists and clinicians.
You will be our ideal candidate if you have: 3+ years' of work experience in business development, customer success, sales or similar customer facing roles.
High adaptability, with the capacity to embrace the unknown and thrive in an environment where work requirements, constraints and expectations are ever-evolving.
