About the role
As an HR Organization, HR Digital & Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing effective organizational structures, job evaluations, and other HR processes to support our organization's growth and success.
Also, you will lead the HR digital & analytics function, managing HR systems and leveraging data and insights to drive strategic planning and foster data-driven decision-making.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Provide expertise in organizational design, optimize organizational effectiveness and employee engagement
- Lead and support organizational design projects, working directly with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
- Drive HR process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and implementing streamlined processes
- Manage the organizational announcements process, guaranteeing the approval from the Top Management and communication within the organization
- Develop and implement HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track and measure HR performance and effectiveness
- Define the overall HR system architecture, directly managing in close collaboration with ICT function the evolution of HR systems; support the HR teams in the implementation of new digital tools;
- Support the maintenance of HR systems (SAP HR and SuccessFactors), supporting the HR function in managing HR processes in the systems and directly maintaining the Master Data for overseas companies
What you need to be successful
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field
- At least 810 years of relevant work experience, in HR roles with a focus on HR organization and analytics, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong expertise in HR analytics, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Effective orientation towards data and numbers, analytical approach, excellent command of MS Excel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues, think critically, and provide strategic recommendations
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Excellent proficiency in English
