General Description of the Role and key Responsibilities:

The
Commercial Capabilities - Learning Specialist will support the implementation of commercial capabilities strategies by ensuring the change management in the On and Off Trade Channels as well as in Channel & Customer Marketing, evolving management culture with innovative and effective learning programs and tools capable to deliver and generate selected core capabilities to empower learner effectiveness in their roles and day by day mission.


In the role you will be responsible for designing, implementing and measuring innovative training programs, using new technologies and digital learning methodology, working with internal functions: sales, marketing, Campari academy, HR and coordinating external agency to frame out the training approach.


Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Facilitate and measure behavioral change within commercial population (Sales OFF, ON and Channel & Consumer Marketing), implementing new learning programs, practices, tools and systems.
  • Learning Analytics and Impact: structure a proper and periodic capabilities and training needs analysis, according to the commercial capabilities requirement for each role;
  • KPI and Measurement: Define relevant KPI's to measure the learning program impact, tracking skills and behavior improvement of learners and analyzing the learning program efficacy.
  • Learning Planning and Designing: develop and manage the annual training calendar defining the for each training program the right learning methodology, customizing the learning contents according to the commercial business priority, coordinate teachers, working with a multifunctional internal group, agencies and external experts.
  • Learning Experience-Delivery: organize punctual operational details to deliver the training methodology (ftf, virtual training, tasting, visit plants, events) taking care of an engaging communication with learners and teachers.
  • Learning Journey for On-Boarding. Define and deliver an hybrid learning journey (sincrone and asincrone methodology mix) with regards to the new hired/camparistas new in the role, to facilitate their onboarding step. In particular, define specific and differentiated learning content according to the need of the different role/commercial position within the competences framework requested (markets, products, soft skills, tools etc.)
  • E-Learning path: boost elearning executional plan motivating and enhancing the learning adoption thanks innovative, digital, smart content, periodic check with learners, rewarding and meaningful communication, challenge and certification step, promoting the benefit of the blended learning approach.

  • Learning tools: support the maintenance and the updating of the digital learning tools (platform, library, adhoc sales tool, digital module, learning deck, video learning channel, sharepoint).
  • Budget, financial processes, official sustainability report: monitor and manage periodic check of the learning budget ensuring respect of year target. Provide learning data base for the global sustainability learning reports.

Experience & Education & Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in developing learning program (L&D centre of expertise or similar)


  • E
xtensive knowledge of Learning and E-learning theories & innovative learning practices

  • Strong practical experience in designing highimpact learning solution
  • Ability to influence and coordinate different stakeholders in a multinational environment
  • Strong ability in Planning and developing training with a variety of stakeholders (vendors, TTT method)
  • Ability to manage Elearning tools (i.e. platform, digital module)

xperience in developing reporting and KPI's to evaluate learning programs,


  • E
xperience in Change Management, in particular with sales forces.

  • Fluent in English
