About the role
We are a strong team of highly skilled engineers who work on most innovative built in architecture solutions.

Due to the successful growth of the business we are looking for a proactive and team oriented Technical Leader to coordinate a project team in a cross-functional environment.

You will be responsible for leading the R&D deliverables, ensuring the execution of the project within a given time frame, cost target and quality level, and working in close collaboration with the project manager.

What will you do

Coordinate the different R&D teams and ensure execution of the project in terms of time, cost and quality related to R&D
Support integration of the modules into the full appliance both from leadership and technical standpoint
Monitor module and part creation and validation
Synthesize information and highlight criticalities
Follow DFMEA / PRSA on full appliance
Supervise activities BOM creation and costification
Lead Technical design preview checkpoint and ensure deliverables
Organize prototyping and testing phases
Lead FMEA at appliance level
Support product introduction in production

Experiences & Qualifications

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; We are also open to university degree holders in another technical field or minimum 5 years equivalent experience in R&D function
Strong structured and engineering approach during each development phase
Experience as project leader in mechanical environments
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, mechanical component and system development
Knowledge of laboratory equipments' and test results evaluation
Knowledge of 3D design tool (CATIA is preferred)
Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA ́s,)
Experience in Design for Assembling and Manufacturing is a plus
Knowledge of the main manufacturing processes (metal forming, molding,) is a plus
Fluent English level
Attitude to continuous improvement and solution oriented
