To carry out the Servier Group's digital transformation, the Digital, Data and Information Systems Department (also known as "DDSI") leads and pilots the portfolio of programs and projects with a Digital, Data and IS component.

In addition, the Servier Group, with its global geographical footprint, in Drug promotion dimensions, provides IT services and products on a daily basis, in addition to the projects to be conducted.

This position is part of this global dimension.- The DDIS activities within the Servier Group are at two levels: a global IS Department and local IT and Buisness teams in the countries where Servier has a presence, for each of the Business Lines (US, R&D, Industry and Promotion).- The coordination of global and local IS activities focused on sales and promotion activities, the collection of IS and Business local needs, the coordination of the proper execution of the IS strategy and projects, the success of its digital transformation and the support of change are essential and value-creating activities.- To achieve this strategic bridge and adequacy between the global IS Management and the local departments, the IS International Department plays this key role.

The Department is made up of 4 Regions under the responsibility of Regional Directors, each with a defined geographical scope.

In addition, four Business Analysts with cross-functional activities in all regions support the IS Regional Directors and work closely with the other DDIS departments.


The 4 transversal activities:
Promotion, Industry, Finance and IT Operations.- The main challenges of a IS Business Analyst Promotion are:

  • Bi-directional liaison between IS Department and subsidiaries on CRM, Vault PromoMats, Compliance and transparency matters.
  • Demand Management: identifying and facilitating local issues with subsidiaries, in order to provide the most appropriate answers.
  • Captures trends in subsidiaries and provides them rapidly with a crossbusiness x IS analysis of these potential new opportunities.
  • Primary sensor of business satisfaction, close to IS users
  • Business relationship: a trusted "local" partner who facilitates exchanges with our business partners in subsidiaries
  • Challenge local needs to optimize use of the externalized supplier capacity to deliver.
  • Educate subsidiary contacts about the constraints (and also the benefits) of using global services and solutions.
  • Run and evolutions: ensure that solutions and IS (in particular the CRM ecosystem) are used to deliver maximum value to the business:
  • Customized information actions in coordination with Head office Business stakeholders and fully adjusted to the local context if deviations in use are observed.
  • Gathering of local needs and formatting to facilitate implementation of requested changes or propose new solutions.
  • Projects: as part of project teams, contribute during scoping, design and implementation phases.
