STOCK KEEPER
We are looking for a Stock Keeper to manage all the restaurant's stock activities and loading/unloading operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Guide all F&B stock activities concerning inventory, organization, control, etc.
  • Loading and unloading of goods and F&B raw materials
  • Proactively execute shipping and receiving F&B raw materials. Report any issues to F&B Procurement & Accounting Specialist and take necessary steps to resolve
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration through all restaurant's departments
  • Partner with Procurement department to form a cohesive team focused on regular communication and propose remedial measures where necessary
  • Loss prevention & asset protection of restaurant warehouse

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years' previous experience in F&B stock management
  • Good handling of numbers, backoffice skills and inventory/stock management
  • Dedication and resilience to finding solutions and timely movement of F&B materials
