    Join Starhotels and become part of the F&B Team at our Hotel Splendid Venice , in the heart of Venice .As an F&B Manager, you are passionate about coordinating the F&B Department of the Hotel, making sure the team provides the highest level of service to create an extraordinary experience for our guests.


    Your responsibilities include:
    Mastering the organization of all the activities related to the management and coordination of the F&B department, working along with the F&B directionImproving the quality of the services offered and diversifying them in accordance with the company's strategic goalsEnsuring compliance to the HACCP regulationManaging the team ensuring that everyone is well-trained and motivatedManaging F&B operations according to the budgetProduction of reports supporting the activities of the F&B directionShow the ability to be hands-on by supporting the team during daily operationsEnsuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality
