As Industrial Controller, you will be a Business Partner for the R&D Function.


Main responsibilities are focused on business strategic planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting and Performance analysis by the identification of new KPIs, Make or Buy analysis...


Responsabilità essenziali:

  • Support plant budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation, prepare and manage monthend closing activities (US GAAP and according to SOX)
  • Monitor the plant industrial KPI on a weekly/monthly basis as well as keep monthly variances analysis by product and customer
  • Prepare expense report, analysis and review
  • Collaborate with the senior controller to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis
  • Provide industrial/financial analysis to support plant leadership team on decision making (cost analysis, cost optimization, profitability etc.)
  • Support continuous improvement methodology deployment (from loss identification to saving track)
  • Support the yearly hourly rate cost calculation and manage the standard cost update
  • Support the senior controller on the stock valuation and E&O calculation and on the yearly inventory stock tacking activities
  • Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks
  • Participate to internal audits
  • Investments controlling together with pay back analysis
  • Provide proactive / unsolicited consultation, interpretation and education of complex financial and operational matters to various departmental leaders used to drive business decisions

Requisiti di posizione:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or any finance related degree
  • Minimum one years' experience as industrial controller (nice to have)
  • Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, selfmotivated and organized
  • Good communication and presentation skills verbal and oral
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
  • Willingness to cooperate within a complex and dynamic multinational Company to strengthen and learn new skills
