Job Description:


The RM and BI team has a huge ambition to provide first class services across the Accor Portfolio and enhance our SMDL activities through improved data driven insight, measurement and advanced analytics.

It is one of the largest teams of its kind with significant growth in its sights, supported with the rollout of a robust training programme and leading toolkits to enable our team to be the best.

RM lead for the portfolio of managed and franchised properties operating in Italy, Malta, Greece, and Israel. Supporting on property RM leaders as well as the team delivering Revenue Management on Demand (RMoD) services.


We are looking for a strong team leader able to provide RM and commercial leadership to property based RM and centralised teams.

The point of reference for all revenue management topics for the region for internal stakeholders and senior management as well as partners and owners.


TASKS/ MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Monitor & Drive revenue performance


Defines the commercial orientation and revenue management strategy to drive commercial performance across the franchised portfolio contracted under RMoD in collaboration with each individual partner.

Deliver revenue and market share KPIs


Works towards the successful delivery of revenue targets and market share KPIs for the concerned portfolio by leveraging RM tools and resources available within the Accor environment.

Initiates the development of new strategic approaches and work with the concerned SMDL teams to drive performance.

Provide Leadership to the RM team
Structure, develop, engage with the team of RM (all seniorities) on property or in the regional team. Increase retention, engagement and satisfaction among the RM community.

Ensure RMoD SLAs are met
Contracted RMoD SLAs need to be rigorously applied for each individual properties in making sure all deliverables are met and not exceeded

Support the development of the RMoD service to hotel partners


Work with the RMoD business development team to increase the number of hotels in RMoD service, adhoc services or adjust the level of service required for each property.

Supports the growth plan in RMoD and the reach of the service.

Liaison with Operations, Finance and SMDL
Build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders (Hotels, Region, IT, Corporate) to ensure risks and opportunities are assessed and actioned in mutual co-operation for the benefit of RM teams, hotels and partners


Qualifications:


  • Strategic and Analytical Problem Solver

  • Analytical mind
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders, from team member to Clevel and owners/owner representative
  • Detailed understand of distribution
  • Technical understanding of Hotel Systems
  • Commercial mindset & service driven
  • Works well under pressure
  • Ability to lead, influence & motivate
  • Fluent verbal & written English required, French, German an asset.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:


  • Hotel management, Business school
- +5 years operational experience in RM or Central support working with commercial systems: RMS, CRS, PMS, Sales & Distribution systems, Rate Shopping, Upsell tools

  • Deep understanding of Pricing tools and systems with a strong track record of developing effective Pricing Strategies
  • Previous team management.
