Baoli EMEA is a member of Germany's KION Group AG, one of the world's largest material handling equipment and solutions providers.

Baoli EMEA offers affordable forklift trucks, warehouse equipment and spare parts to its customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.


In the growing economy market segment, Baoli EMEA is currently expanding its central product support team in Lainate (Milano), Italy.

It is the company's goal to provide best in class after sales services to its network partners.

Therefore, we are looking to grow our after sales team.

This position will support our international network partners by actively managing the spare parts inventory by identifying, managing, ordering and shipping spare parts.

In addition, this position will contribute to the commercial development of our network and the Baoli EMEA after sales business.

Please note:

In this position you will be required to speak English as our network partners are located across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Tasks and Qualifications:


Your responsibilities (ENG):


Spare parts order management

  • Support our network partners with ordering (the right) spare parts
  • Processing and steering parts orders
  • Spare parts consumption and replenishment planning
  • Active commercial & technical guidance (e.g., parts identification) of our network partners throughout the process
  • Export documentation
  • Ad hoc discounting & pricing
  • Alternative sourcing in case of shortages

Supporting network partners & customers

  • Actively nurturing the relations to our network partners
  • Taking care of parts order related questions
  • Support the commercial development of our network
  • Consulting network partners on local parts and after sales related topics
  • Helping to optimize our parts stock planning, replenishments & supplier management

Order process optimization

  • Customer & business potentials analysis
  • Manage continuous process improvements
  • Providing feedback to our internal suppliers to improve our overall service level

Qualifications (ENG):


  • Experience in order management & customer support
  • Customer relationship management expertise
  • SAP knowledge
  • Technical knowledge, preferably about mobile machinery or forklifts in particular is a plus
  • Team player and handson mentality
  • Organized, solutiondriven and proactive
  • Open, approaching, friendly and patient

Questa posizione riporterà direttamente al Head of Service & Business Operations e supporterà attivamente la nostra rete internazionale di vendita e assistenza nella risoluzione dei problemi tecnici.


Di seguito le principali responsabilità affidate:

Gestione ordini ricambi

  • Elaborazione e gestione degli ordini delle parti di ricambio
  • Pianificazione consumo ricambi e riassortimento
  • Guida commerciale e técnica attiva (ad esempio, identificazione delle parti) dei nostri partner di rete durante tutto il processo
  • Documentazione di esportazione
  • Sconti e prezzi ad hoc
  • Approvvigionamento alternativo in caso di carenze

Supporto ai partner e ai clienti della rete

  • Coltivare attivamente le relazioni con i nostri partner di rete
  • Supportare lo sviluppo commerciale della nostra rete
  • Consulenza ai partner su argomenti relativi al postvendita
  • Aiutare a ottimizzare la pianificazione delle scorte di ricambi, i rifornimenti e la gestione dei fornitori

Ottimizzazione del processo di acquisto

  • Analisi delle potenzialità del cliente e del business
  • Gestire continui miglioramenti di processo
  • Fornire feedback ai nostri fornitori interni per migliorare il nostro livello di servizio complessivo
  • Esperienza nella gestione degli ordini e nell'assistenza clienti
  • Competenza nella gestione delle relazioni con i clienti
  • Conoscenza SAP
  • La conoscenza técnica, preferibilmente sui carrelli elevatori, è un plus
  • Organizzato, orientato alla soluzione e proattivo
  • Aperto, disponibile, amichevole e paziente
