coordinating accounting activities of both companies (AHIT and HI).
- ensure that the company abides with the set of laws implemented by the state related to taxes included any UE and Extra-UE matters.
- perform fiscal duties especially related to the VAT and giving the information requested to the Tax consultant to finalize tax return and other tax due dates.

  • Support junior staff as required and handle in delegating and organizing tasks.
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Investigating and resolving account discrepancies and issue of not compliance.
- setting up monthly reports as requested by our headquarter.

  • Assisting with annual audit preparation.
  • Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting procedures.
  • Managing all import and export for accounting purposes.
  • Managing sales invoices for AHIT.
  • Supporting commercial department for both custom and fiscal matters and invoicing as well.
  • Temporarily actively supporting part of logistic tasks and specifically all the customs clearance (including relationships with couriers.
  • Any other related preparatory, ancillary and consequential activities to the ones described in the nonexhaustive list here above
