- Gestione i rapporti con gli Outsourcers che forniscono il servizio di immatricolazione, movimentazione veicoli e installazione dispositivi satellitari
- Gestione dei rapporti con gli Outsourcers che forniscono il network di Carrozzeria, Meccanica, Pneumatici, con il fornitore esterno di Assistenza Stradale e con il broker assicurativo
- Gestione i rapporti con il broker assicurativo per la copertura assicurativa dei veicoli
- Gestione dei rapporti con gli Outsourcers che forniscono il network di Delivery point e dei piazzali per l'approntamento e la consegna dei veicoli
- Garantire un costante contatto con i fornitori per evitare ritardi nella consegna dei veicoli
- Gestione dei contratti dall'ordine alla consegna del veicolo
- Monitoraggio costante dei costi per la movimentazione e per l'eventuale rispristino dei veicoli usati
- Identificazione ed applicazione, in accordo con il responsabile di Reparto, eventuali azioni volte a mitigare le suddette aree di criticità laddove si verificassero
- Assistenza di secondo livello al servizio clienti in caso di problematiche relative alle proprie aree di competenza
- Creazione di report mensili per il Management Requisiti:
- Laurea triennale o magistrale
- Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Attitudine al problem solving e gestione dello stress
- Buone doti comunicative, relazionali e negoziali
- Forte propensione al lavoro in team e in un ambiente dinamico
- Conoscenza di altri strumenti e basi di dati DWH e principali interfacce di analisi (ad esempio Qlik, SQL Server, SPSS, Power BI)
- Gradita la conoscenza della lingua spagnola
