Position Purpose:

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure all the processes flow are complaint with HSSE & quality procedures and rules
- identification of hazards, risk factors, risk assessment and identification of measures for the safety and healthiness of the workplace, in accordance with current legislation on the basis of specific knowledge of the business organization
- support the development, falling within its remit, preventive and protective measures under Article 28, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 81/08 (valid only for Italy) and the control systems of these measures
- propose programs of information and training of workers

Quality plant operative team coordinator, with the purpose to produce quality action plans due to:
customer, internal or third party audit

- customer or internal claim management
- targets achievement
- costs reduction
- new projects
- continuous improvement

Management of the OEMs and aftermarket Customer Complaints
Quality tool moderator (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8DProblem solving)
Monitoring OPU performance by gathering relevant data, producing and submitting reports to the headquarters

Key Challenges:

Monitor and ensure compliance of local statutory, legal requirements and PLI requirement pertaining to HSSE.
Ensuring operational safety is kept at the forefront of employees' minds, ensure safe operational practices, processes, employee education and

training, and consultative communications are in place and are being adhered to.

Ensuring that HSSE & Quality management systems are compliant with externally accredited ISO standards (ISO 9001. IATF 16949, ISO 14001,ISO

45001) and maintain System documentation.

Customers satisfaction through:

Avoid claims reoccurrence.
Number of claims reductions.
Costs reduction (reworking, scrap, product selection, claims management).
Proper communication methodology.

Requisiti:

Competencies/Skills:

Degree in safety management, environmental sciences, engineering or Master of Safety and Risk Analysis Engineering, could be a plus a chemical title
RSPP qualification (ATECO sector 5)

- knowledge of ISO 9001 IATF 16949, ISO 14001,ISO 45001, trained to perform audit activity

Minimum of experience in Q & HSSE MS and experience in the Automotive business at least as tier 1 supplier
