THE MISSION
As Head of SDR, you will be a critical part of the Sales team as you contribute to the creation of the SDR team across countries.
You will:
- Build a great inside sales team by coaching team members on outbound techniques, sales process and value selling approaches
- Recruit, onboard and retain new SDRs, improve time to productivity for new team members while maintaining performance in the existing team
- Support our global outbound team being responsible for the first part of the funnel until the first business meeting with key stakeholders is organised
- Collaborate with other departments to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth
- Ensure accurate reporting of leads, pipeline, activities, and forecasts and provide quantitative/qualitative analysis to inform team on general trends, product, competitors
- Build, manage, and mentor a highperforming sales team of sales professionals
Who We're Looking For
Must have
- Be an exceptional SDR. This means having achieved exceptional results in your sales career. Exceptional means the type of results that are beyond the reach of 90% of sales leaders.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience with setting up and running automation campaigns
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales in an SDR and sales position
- Previous working experience in company where sales methodology/framework were widely implemented
- Leading or managing a team
- You'll demonstrate a passion for education, along with being motivated, driven, and leading teams by example
- Fluent English, you'll manage a team cross countries
Nice to have
- You've previously worked in a startup/scale up environment
- Ecommerce experience
- Experience with AI tooling for SDRs
Soft Skills
- Datadriven and organised, you like things to run like an engine
- You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you are able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
- You're a selfstarter, autonomous & proactive: we're looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
