Posizione:

We're looking for a LEGAL INTERNSHIP to join the Legal department.

You'll support the Legal Department in providing a proactive, in-dept, legal advice to the business, as well as implementing initiatives and processes in order to set standard and reinforce a culture of integrity, quality, ethical behaviour and responsibility across the business of the whole NHOA Group.

You will get the opportunity to work in a high-profile and international environment supporting all companied of the NHOA Group (from Europe to Asia, North and South America and Australia), joining an international and dynamic team used to working under pressure and collaborating to reach key deadlines and goals.

This role requires an individual with personal confidence, legal acumen and business savvy to operate in a highly regulated industry.


Tasks and Duties

  • Perform administrative tasks for the Legal Department at group level;
- support the Legal Department in corporate related matters at group level;
- assist in the preparation of legal documentation for the Board of Directors and shareholders meetings of the NHOA Group (agenda, minutes, presentations, proxies, etc.);
- reviewing, analysing, drafting and negotiating business and corporate contracts;
- support in performing daily legal assistance and risk management, also to the benefit of business clients;
- draft legal opinions and reports regarding NHOA Group's compliance and regulatory obligations;
- monitoring all developments in corporate governance and ethics regulations helping the NHOA Group to comply with;
- support implementation, updating and compliance with all ethics policies within the NHOA Group, with particular reference to the Code of Ethics, the Anti-Bribery&Corruption Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation;
- support related to the implementation and update of the Model 231 on the NHOA Group Italian companies;
- support in organising internal training programs on Ethics&Compliance for the NHOA Group;
- assist in compliance and regulatory activities across several countries (e.g. Europe, UK, USA, Australia, South America);
- support handling KYC requests from banks or counterparts by the applicable regulation;
- support the translation of corporate documents from English to French and vice versa.


Requisiti:


Technical Requirements

  • Master's degree in Law with excellent academic records
  • Newly graduate or with 1 year of experience on Corporate matters
  • Proficiency level in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
