- Identificazione, sotto la supervisione dell'Head of Bidding Support & Project Start up, dei fornitori e degli appaltatori da coinvolgere nelle analisi di mercato necessarie a definire i preventivi di offerta, in coerenza con la Vendor strategy;
- Predisposizione e gestione delle richieste di quotazione (RFQ) relative a progetti specifici, in coordinamento con il Technical Department, i Regional Procurement Manager ed i Global Commodity Manager per la classe merceologica di competenza;
- Supporto all' Head of Bidding Support & Project Start up, nella definizione, negoziazione e gestione di pre-bid agreement e/o contratti con fornitori strategici, in coordinamento con i Regional Procurement Manager ed i Global Commodity Manager;
- Analisi, comparazione e valutazione delle offerte ricevute dai fornitori, assicurandone la verifica tecnica con il Technical Department, e predisposizione delle tabulazioni di sintesi delle offerte finali e della recommendation assicurandone l'approvazione e l'archiviazione nel rispetto delle procedure definite.
- supporto nella predisposizione del budget approvvigionamenti e del processo di riordino offerta, assicurando, in coordinamento con il Cost Control di area, il Responsabile AFC, i Regional Procurement Manager ed i Global Commodity Manager, la verifica e l'aggiornamento delle ipotesi di costo degli approvvigionamenti e delle strategie di affidamento/ subappalto;
- Definizione, di concerto con i Regional Procurement Manager, i Global Commodity Manager e Head of Vendor Management, della supplier list all'interno della Vendor list;
- gestione delle attività iniziali di negoziazione commerciale e contrattuale, al fine di perseguire gli obiettivi di economicità, sinergia, eccellenza qualitativa e ottimizzazione del lead time;
- Stesura dei termini e delle condizioni relative ai contratti/ordini d'acquisto, con il supporto del Legal Department e del Contract Department, ed in coordinamento con i referenti delle Unità Operative.
- 3/5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo all'interno di contesti multinazionali;
- Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria e/o economia;
- Analisi del mercato e benchmarking;
- Conoscenza delle tecniche e strategie di negoziazione;
- Selezione, sviluppo e gestione della supply base;
- Conoscenze contrattualistiche (in particolare pre-bid agreement);
- Capacità di effettuare analisi del valore e dei driver di costo primo;
- Competenze area ingegneria civile;
- Eccellente padronanza di MS Office; SAP MM, Software di Business Intelligence;
- Disponibilità a viaggiare e a permanenze presso cantieri e joint venture;
- Inglese fluente, la conoscenza di una seconda lingua costituirà titolo preferenziale.
