- Identifying, launching, managing, and monitoring innovative projects with our suppliers, start-ups and involved business functions
- Analysing and scouting innovative opportunities, materials and technologies
- Collaborating with all departments to ensure the project goals and deadline
- Researching and comparing new materials, solutions, processing technologies to improve knowledge and material library, ensuring that the database is properly organized and updated
- Undergraduate background in Chemical and Materials Engineering or Management Engineering or any other relevant scientific background
- + 8 years of experience in R&D and project management within structured companies or consulting firms
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Supply Chain management in textile industry, printing and dyehouse
- Technical knowledge of textile chemical engineering and processes and/or materials science.
- Demonstrates proactivity, problem solving mindset, also regarding your own constant and never-ending improvement
