Have you worked as a sales manager or buyer for a premium/luxury multi-brand retailer? Do you have minimum 3 years of hands on experience in this area? Then you landed the right place


We are looking for a resourceful and creative Brand Partnership Manager to play a key role in Miinto's next level of growth in brand partnerships.

You will join a great team of motivated people and be responsible for growing and expanding Miinto's presence in Europe by signing new brand partnerships with Miinto.

The office is located in the centre of Milan, but it is also possible to work from home office.

What you'll do:


  • Sign new partnership agreements with Luxury, Contemporary and Premium brands to Miinto and ensure the company revenue objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Provide detailed sales reporting to brands during negotiations and internally.
  • Frequent time on the road for inperson meetings with partners.
  • Attending fashion fairs and events within the fashion industry to generate leads and speed up ongoing negotiations.
  • Learn and maintain indepth knowledge of Miinto, industry trends and competitors.
  • Partner with various teams across onboarding, brand growth, customer care, marketing, category management, merchandising and management to deliver a great partner experience to brands.
  • Ensure all Miinto sales initiatives are aligned with Miinto's global mission, strategic objectives and values.

What we're looking for:


  • Minimum 3 years of proven track record as sales manager for luxury/premium brands or key retailers within the industry.
  • Experience in developing new business within wholesale/fashion utilising your existing network of brands.
  • An infectious enthusiasm for sales and hungry for success.
  • Capable of building new key business relationships and utilising your existing network of brands.
  • Knows how to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Committed to achieving individual and team goals on a monthly basis.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with internal and external teams and functions.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Fluent in Italian and English is a must, any other language is a plus.
