- Collaborare alle attività afferenti al Budget di commessa (riordino, prima emissione, successive revisioni, emissione previsioni annuali);
- Constatare i lavori eseguiti attraverso la raccolta delle misurazioni predisposte dalle Funzioni interessate;
- Avanzare a Budget le quantità eseguite e monitorare le incidenze delle principali risorse impiegate in cantiere;
- Collaborare alla redazione del report mensile di Controllo Costi di commessa secondo la tecnica dell'Earned value, analizzando gli scostamenti esposti nei controlli di efficacia ed efficienza e predisponendo la reportistica aziendale;
- Verificare che le misurazioni fornite dalle Funzioni di cantiere corrispondano all'avanzamento reale e predisporre, se necessario, controlli e misurazioni aggiuntive.
- Laurea triennale in ingegneria civile o gestionale;
- Esperienza minima di un anno nel settore Costruzioni/Impiantistica;
- Disponibilità al trasferimento;
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, sia scritta che parlata.
