Job summary
A&M's Financial & Operational Restructuring team is growing across Europe, and we are currently hiring at all levels in Italy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build or continue to build a career in advisory with the leading global name in restructuring and to help and support our clients with the financial and operational implications of the rapidly changing global environment.Responsibilities
Advise and implement critical solutions alongside client's executives, investors, lenders or any other stakeholders facing distressed situations Conduct diagnostic assessment of key issues and business outlook, appraisal of options & contingency planning and liquidity forecasting Develop and implement transformation and restructuring plans,and integrated financial models as well as short term cash flow forecasting tools Evaluate business plans

and European Restructuring community through delivery of successful value add client engagements Contribute to
business development activities including creation client pitches proposals win new mandates proactively identifying opportunities for
business where appropriate
