English-speaking Tour Operator based in Rome searching for a customer service and tour meeting point coordinator.


Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests at meeting point before guided tours
  • Checkin of guests at meeting point
  • Coordination with tour guides and tour management for meeting point ops
  • Finding solutions on the go
  • Communication with customers

Qualifications

  • Speak English
  • Be outgoing, well put together, presentable
  • Reliable, able to work holidays and weekends
  • Have documents to work in Italy

Pay:
€ €1,000.00 per month


Work Location:
Hybrid remote in 00184 Roma, RM
